You''ll: Partner with managers across the business, providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of people matters. Lead and support employee relations cases, including conduct, capability, absence management, grievances and conflict resolution. Coach and empower managers to confidently manage performance, attendance and wellbeing conversations. Provide practical advice on HR policies, employment legislation and people-related risk.
