This is an excellent opportunity to support school leaders and employees across a family of schools, providing practical HR advice and helping to create an outstanding working environment for staff. Working as part of a supportive People Team, you will partner with senior leaders to provide expert advice across the full range of employee relations matters. You''ll be responsible for delivering pragmatic HR solutions, supporting managers with complex casework and contributing to a variety of people-focused projects and initiatives. Key responsibilities Provide professional advice and guidance on employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance. Support managers with employment law, HR policies and best practice. Build strong working relationships with leaders across the organisation. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the delivery of a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
