You know your employment law, you ve handled your own ER cases, and you re comfortable balancing people, data and change. Any previous experience working within an NHS Trust or Not for Profit organisation would be nice to have but not essential.  We''re most interested in finding someone with current (or recent) experience of handling a generalist employment relations caseload as an HR Adviser. So day-to-day management of absence, disciplinaries, grievances, end of fixed-term contracts etc. The role is all about building relationships with stakeholders and advising them from a people-perspective to ensure they can run their business areas as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
