People Adviser

As a People Adviser, you will deliver a high-quality, responsive HR service to our corporate teams based in London. You will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees, helping to ensure people practices align with employment legislation and best practice. You will coach and empower managers to confidently lead on people matters, providing guidance and support when needed. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity at 35 hours per week, but we are always happy to discuss flexible working, part time hours and job share arrangements.
