People Administrator Department: People and Culture About the role: The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within the People and Culture Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of all HR processes, employee lifecycle administration, and the overall coordination of people services across the organisation. Working under the direction on the Head of People and Culture and wider People and Culture team, the postholder will be responsible for managing recruitment and onboarding processes, preparing employment contracts and change letters, maintaining accurate employee records and systems, and supporting People and Culture initiatives and events. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, people-focused environment at the heart of a globally engaged educational institution.
