The role focuses on ensuring processes are delivered accurately and consistently, maintaining high standards of record keeping, and providing a responsive and professional service to colleagues across the University. What You ll Do:Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, payroll processes and leavers.Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy.Coordinate pre-employment checks, including Right to Work and DBS clearance, ensuring requirements are completed in line with relevant standards.Maintain accurate employee ..... full job details .....
