Pensions Tutor Fully Remote with quarterly travel to Manchester Up to £36,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent Job Description: Are you an experienced Pensions professional looking for a new challenge away from day-to-day administration? We are recruiting for a Skills Development Tutor to support apprentices working towards careers within the Pensions industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Pensions Administration who is passionate about developing others and sharing their industry knowledge. Working with learners across a range of employers, you will coach, mentor and support apprentices as they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in their careers. Previous teaching experience is not essential, as full support and development will be provided to help you become an effective tutor. This is a predominantly remote role, with attendance at the Manchester office required approximately once per quarter. The role involves:Managing a caseload of apprentices, supporting their progression and successful achievement of programme outcomesCoaching and mentoring learners to develop their industry knowledge, skills and behavioursDelivering engaging learning through a blend of virtual, digital and one-to-one support sessionsCreating and adapting learning materials to support apprentice developmentMarking and providing constructive feedback on learner workMonitoring learner progress against apprenticeship standards and key ..... full job details .....
