Pensions Technical Manager

Are you the person everyone turns to when pensions get complicated? When new rules land, legislation changes or something technically awkward crops up, are you the one people ask: "What does this actually mean?" If so, this is the kind of role where that knowledge carries real weight. You''ll work closely with the Head of Pensions within a growing national financial services business, becoming a senior technical point of reference across the wider operation. The team is already established and expected to grow further, so there''s genuine scope to build your influence and become a key technical figure in the business. It''s much more of a player-coach / senior technical expert position. You''ll spend your time understanding pension legislation, regulatory change and technical developments, then working out what they actually mean operationally.
