Pensions Team Leader
Pensions Team Leader (Interim) West London £350 - 400 per dayWe are currently supporting a Local Authority in West London with the appointment of an Interim Pensions Team Leader to oversee the delivery of an effective pensions administration service.This role will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of pension benefits in line with relevant regulations and service standards.Key responsibilities:Manage and support a team of pensions administrators, ensuring service delivery standards are metOversee the administration of pension cases including retirements, transfers, deaths and estimatesEnsure compliance with pensions legislation and internal policiesAct as a technical escalation point for complex queriesMonitor team performance, workloads and outputsDrive process improvements and support operational efficienciesBuild effective relationships with internal stakeholders and scheme membersRequirements:Strong experience within pensions administrationProven experience leading or supervising a teamGood understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory frameworksAbility to manage high volumes of work to deadlinesLGPS experience desirableExperience with pensions systems such as Altair, Civica or Heywood is desirableThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to join a well-established local authority on an interim basis. ..... full job details .....
