Pensions Specialist Hybrid Working - London - 2/3 days a week on site. Financial ServicesLorien''s leading banking client is looking for a Pensions Specialist to provide operational pension support while contributing to a key pension transition project. The role will cover monthly pension processing, data reconciliation, employee queries, annual pension activities and transition-related data work across multiple Group entities.The successful candidate will have strong Defined Contribution (DC) pensions experience, excellent Excel and data analysis skills, and a good understanding of pension taxation and payroll processes.This role is based in London. This role will be Via Umbrella. Working in a Hybrid Model of 2/3 days a week on site.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the monthly pension contribution process, including pre-commit and post-commit payroll activities across multiple Group entities.Complete pension file reconciliations, investigating and resolving data or contribution discrepancies.Liaise with Payroll, HR and pension providers to resolve queries and implement required updates.Manage simple and complex pension queries from employees and former employees via pension and HR support channels.Support annual pension activities including pensionable salary reviews, annual data renewals and bonus waiver processes, covering calculations, communications and provider payments.Provide additional operational support during high-volume and business-critical pension periods.Support ..... full job details .....
