To apply or to register your interest, please contact Gemma Jones on or email with your CV - JOB REF: THE ROLE:Working alongside Partners and senior lawyers, you will advise a diverse client base of trustees, employers, and pension scheme providers on a broad range of pensions and life assurance matters. The role offers a varied mix of high-quality advisory and transactional work. You will handle day-to-day scheme advisory matters, advising on governance, benefit structures, and regulatory compliance, as well as supporting pensions aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and pensions-related documentation. You will also play a key role in drafting and reviewing scheme documentation, member communications and legal advice, undertaking legal research and contributing to client meetings. With the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the wider firm, you will build broad technical expertise while developing strong client relationships and delivering clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice.
