Pensions Skills Development Tutor - Interviewing asap for an October start £36k Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday Mainly Remote delivery with quarterly visits to HQ Manchester The role is ideally suited to someone who has worked in the Pensions Industry and is looking for a new challenge coaching and mentoring the next generation of Pensions experts. Our client have the expertise to develop your coaching and mentoring skills to support apprentices who are just embarking on their Pensions career across a wide range of employers and this role would suit someone with experience in Pensions Administration. The key elements of the role are to support the apprentices developing their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours linked to their work-related activities and support for the Award in Pensions Essentials. Experience of coaching, mentoring and training staff members or colleagues in their roles is all that is needed to join our team, we can develop the skills you need to become a Pensions Skills Development Tutor. This role is predominantly remote, with on-site attendance at our clients Manchester Head Office expected once per quarter.
