An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions professional looking to build a career in project management, to join a highly successful and collaborative team supporting a wide range of strategic projects across Defined Benefit Pension schemes. This role offers fantastic pathway into Pensions project management. You''ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and technical specialists, gaining hands on experience across multiple projects including GMP equalisation, member option exercises, benefit changes, scheme mergers, and wind-ups, while developing key project delivery skills. The RoleYou''ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, providing essential coordination and organisational support across multiple workstreams. Supporting Project Managers in the successful delivery of Pension projectsDeveloping and monitoring project plans, tracking progress and producing updatesCoordinating project meetings, agendas, and documentationMaintaining project records, documentation, and audit trailsAssisting with budgeting, billing, and quality assurance processesLiaising with clients, internal teams, and third party providersSupporting post project reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives About You This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced project environment and has strong organisational abilities.
