Pensions Project Lead

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions Project Lead to join a specialist Administration Project Team, overseeing and delivering a wide range of technical pensions administration projects.The role offers the chance to take ownership of high-profile projects such as GMP implementations, de-risking exercises, Pensions Dashboard data projects, CETV top-ups, and data rectification initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, delivery, and monitoring of pensions administration projects, ensuring completion on time and within budgetAnalyse and review pensions data, identifying and resolving discrepanciesProduce project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and issuesEnsure all activities comply with legislation, industry standards, and internal policiesBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and third-party providersSupport colleagues and contribute to process improvements and best practice within the teamKey RequirementsStrong experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemesProven background in bulk pensions projects (GMP, data rectification, de-risking, Pensions Dashboard)Excellent analytical skills with attention to detailStrong organisational and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience within a third-party administration environmentProficiency in MS Office, particularly ExcelWhat''s on OfferSalary up to 55k DOE, plus discretionary bonus25 days annual ..... full job details .....
