As a Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for checking responsibilities for the payroll running processes on behalf of some of the UK''s best-known employers. Our role is to ensure that our pensioners are paid on time and accurately, and that all other related tasks are dealt with correctly in line with current procedures. The Role Manage a team of Payroll Administrators and Senior Payroll Administrators and be responsible for ensuring that all schemes allocated to your team have had monthly tasks completed. Maintain and develop your own knowledge of pensioner payroll administration and be a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases. Ensure work allocated is carried out in accordance with: HMRC legislation.- Practice guidelines. Documented operating procedures. Quality standards. Performance / Service standards. Ensure all work is logged onto and processed through Workflow. Must be able to work to a high level of accuracy.
