Pensions Onboarding Consultant / Pensions Administrator

OverviewWe are looking to recruit a pensions administration subject matter expert for the role of a pensions onboarding consultant. The purpose is to map an existing pension administration function into a new organisation, defining the new processes, business rules, and the pension calculations required to fulfil policy obligations using new systems, and integrating these processes into a new environment. Once the map is complete, you will lead an integrated team of data, process and pension administration professionals who will work closely with you to implement your strategy.

Responsibilities

Assess available documentation and consult with key stakeholders to map a pension administration function into a new organisation.

Define new processes, business rules, and the pension calculations needed to meet policy obligations.

Identify and implement the integration of processes into a new environment using new systems.

Develop and lead an integrated team of data, process, and pension administration professionals to execute the strategy.

Engage in project work and seek smarter, more effective ways to run pension administration operations.

Communicate ideas clearly and listen effectively to stakeholders.

Bring previous experience as a senior pension administrator or team leader to guide the onboarding initiative.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of setting up and running processes for a pension administration team.

Experience as a senior pension administrator or team leader.

Ability to work on project-based initiatives and articulate ideas clearly.

DetailsThis is a hybrid role that will require 2 days per week in our client’s office in West Yorkshire.
