Requirements:Strong consulting skills and ability to present pensions technical material clearly and conciselyGood knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pension Scheme provisions and legislationExperience in creating impactful client deliverables and leading and presenting at client meetingsLeads multiple projects simultaneously and can efficiently scope and cost new projectsBalances client satisfaction with broadening client offerings and hitting commercial metricsGood Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPointAt WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
