This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of your own portfolio, managing cases from start to finish in a supportive, professional environment. The Role:You''ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of pension clients, handling everything from onboarding through to ongoing administration. You''ll be a key point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal teams, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulations.Benefits:25 days holiday + bank holidaysAnnual bonus/OTE (7%)Private Medical Insurance (after qualifying period)Sick pay (after qualifying period)Key Responsibilities:Manage your own portfolio of pension clients from start to finishAct as the main contact for clients, IFAs, and internal teamsProcess all areas of SIPP administration, including:New business and transfers inContributions and benefit crystallisationsTransfers in and outIncome payments (drawdown / UFPLS)Death benefit casesEnsure all work complies with FCA and HMRC regulationsKeep client records accurate and up to dateIdentify and escalate any risks, issues, or complaintsSupport audits and help improve internal processesWhat We Are Looking For:Previous ..... full job details .....
