This senior leadership role will involve providing strategic direction and professional expertise in the management of pension schemes, ensuring efficient, effective, and customer-focused service delivery. You will lead a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee the development and implementation of projects, policies, and strategies in line with statutory requirements.Key Responsibilities Lead pension accounting, investment, and governance activities.Manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team and external providers.Drive service improvements through effective resource planning and innovative problem-solving.Oversee the delivery of projects, policies, and strategic initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, board members, customers, and external partners.Ensure compliance with statutory guidance and best practice standards.
