You''ll play a key role in managing pension transfer requests through the Origo platform, work with a variety of schemes, and develop valuable technical knowledge. The Role Does End-to-End Transfer Management by overseeing the full pension transfer process, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Investigates complex or rejected transfer cases (e.g., value discrepancies or incomplete information) and liaises with other providers and internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution.
