Pension Client Manager

The RoleYou will take responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of clients, acting as the key day-to-day relationship lead while identifying opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value.Working closely with operational, commercial, and delivery teams, you will ensure clients receive a high standard of service while supporting wider business growth objectives.Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of Pensions clientsActing as the primary contact for client communication and issue resolutionIdentifying opportunities for additional services and revenue growthSupporting proposal creation, presentations, and commercial discussionsWorking closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomesMaintaining accurate pipeline, revenue forecasting, and CRM informationSupporting onboarding activities for new clientsContributing to proposition development and client strategy discussionsAbout YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:Experience within Pensions administration, Pensions consultancy, or client managementA strong understanding of the UK Pensions industryExcellent relationship ..... full job details .....
