This is an opportunity to take ownership of a complex pensions remediation process, lead a team of case handlers and help shape the calculation methodology as the business scales. The Role Own and develop the methodology for calculating pension entitlement and arrears. Act as the technical authority on complex, borderline and disputed cases. Lead and quality-assure a team of case handlers. Ensure calculations are accurate, consistent and compliant with published rules. Support the introduction of automation and AI to improve efficiency and accuracy. What We''re Looking For Strong knowledge of State Pension entitlement, qualifying years and arrears calculations, or directly transferable pensions remediation experience.
