and play a pivotal role in ensuring our employee benefits and pension schemes are competitive, compliant, and effectively align to our business strategy.We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to manage the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of all pension and benefits programs across the UK and Ireland. This role is crucial in attracting, motivating, and retaining talent by providing a comprehensive and valued benefits offering, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.Core Responsibilities:Pension and Benefits Strategy and Design:In partnership with the UKandI Reward and Performance Manager, design and define country-specific pension and benefits programs aligned with local market needs, global reward strategy, and business objectives.Programme ManagementOversee the administration of pension schemes and benefits, ensuring accurate data and a seamless employee experience.Compliance and GovernanceEnsure all programs meet legal and internal governance standards.Vendor ManagementManage relationships with external providers, monitor performance, and oversee invoicing and service delivery.Employee Communication and EducationDevelop clear communications and lead awareness sessions to help employees understand their benefits. Maintain up-to-date resources on the Darwin platform.Financial OversightMonitor and optimise costs, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and ensure budget adherence.Reporting and AnalyticsDefine KPIs, build dashboards, and present insights to HR teams to support continuous improvement.What will help you to be successful?Proven experience within a Reward, Pension, Benefits, or specialist Pension and Benefits role, ideally within a multinational company.Ability to cover core Pensions and Benefits responsibilities with a desire to take occasional stretch assignments into other areas of Reward.In-depth knowledge of UK and Irish pension regulations, benefits legislation, and market practices.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to link benefits decisions to financial impact.Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives and manage diverse stakeholders in a matrix environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.Experience with Darwin and Oracle systems desirable but not required.Commitment to ethical principles and compliance.What we offer you:Competitive salary and Bonus Scheme, 28 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays, Holiday Buy and Sell programme, Pension Scheme, Employee Share Ownership Programme, Various Health and Wellbeing Support Options, Gym Flex, Open Talent Market (internal mobility opportunities + access to mentors and projects globally), Shopping and Dining Discounts, Learning Portal and much more.At Schneider Electric, Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it''s an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
