A 1st class administrative opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Sales Support technician to join a hugely successful and well established IFA Organisation in Bury St Edmonds.Main Duties and Responsibilities:To process a range of personal investments/Pensions ( GPP and Occupational)To promote and always work towards delivery of Client Best Interest outcomes.To always ensure adherence to policy and procedures, with distinct regard and compliance with the Conflict-of-Interest Policy and Inducement and Incentive policy.To take responsibility for own performance and to identify personal development areas.Assist the wider team and business with your knowledge on an ad hoc basis where business needs require.Ensure awareness and compliance of regulatory responsibilities and ensuring that the consumer outcomes are at the core of work.Support the team to ensure that all advisers supply a full compliant file to the administration team before processing any new business.All clients must be entered onto the back-office system Submit pension and investments to providers online (via providers website) or by post.Chase providers on the progress of business in a timely and effective manner.We are keen to receive applications from experienced Pension/Investment administrators who are keen to join a large and progressive IFA practice.
