Pension Administrator
My client is a scaling FinTech that provides best in class investment technology platform and investment administration services for large, UK institutional investors. We are currently looking for a new member of their small Institutional Client Relations team who are the first point of contact for Pension Scheme Trustees, Employers and Pension Consultants.Working closely with the team lead, the Client Relations Analyst will take a proactive role in providing first-class support to institutional pension schemes and their professional advisors. Tasks will include:Dealing with incoming client enquiries, by email or telephoneTaking ownership of enquiries, escalating to back office teams when needed and maintaining oversight until solution deliveredDelivering end-to-end production process for client reports that include fund factsheets, quarterly fund performance, transaction costs and ESGSupport clients with day-to-day investment and pension administration issuesMaintain quality and service delivery standardsSupport junior team membersUndertake project work as requiredThe team focus on delivering high standards of client service, and this role will ensure that data integrity not only meets client expectations, but also evolves to keep pace with client needs and market developments - so a healthy interest in technology, innovation and process improvement will be invaluable!The successful applicant will:Have strong Pension and/or Investment administration experienceDemonstrable ..... full job details .....
