JustPhysio are looking for an experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist for their client in London. Band 7 Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Salary £40k-£45k. Will consider F/T or P/T. Start ASAP.Responsibilities
Manage a complex caseload of pelvic health patients, using clinical expertise to provide advanced, evidence-based care.Work autonomously, assess and treat patients with a wide range of pelvic health conditions to support long-term health outcomes.As a senior member of the team, lead the development of pelvic health services within the practice, drive service improvements, implement best practices, and foster relationships with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.Collaborate with colleagues in regular team meetings and via in-service training to support personal and professional growth.Essential Criteria
BSc in PhysiotherapyHealth Care Professional Council (HCPC) registrationEvidence of portfolio demonstrating post-graduate continued professional developmentPostgraduate training or development in management and leadership skillsMembership of special interest groups (POGP)Knowledge/understanding of private practice healthcareDesirable Criteria
Masters in Physiotherapy or relevant qualificationInvolvement in special interest groupsExperience
Extensive experience post-qualification with evidenced experience at a senior level within MSK and Pelvic HealthExperience in managing patients with complex physical and psychological presentationsExperience supervising junior and senior staffExperience leading a service or teamInvolvement in clinical audit, research, policy implementationExperience of incident investigation and implementing changes in practiceEvaluation of clinical practice including participation in research, audit, service evaluation and quality improvement projectsBenefits
