A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) on a long term program of work. Key Responsibilities:* Lead end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Pega applications.* Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and technical roadmaps.* Provide technical leadership to Pega development teams.* Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design governance.* Ensure applications comply with Pega guardrails and industry best practices.* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable technical solutions.* Design complex integrations with external systems using APIs, SOAP, REST, MQ, and database technologies.* Guide performance tuning, security implementation, and scalability planning.* Support project estimations, technical planning, and risk management.* Mentor CSSA/SSA developers and establish development standards.Key Skills andamp; Experience:* Ideally 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Pega.* Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA/LSA) Certification.* Extensive experience with: o Pega Infinity Platformo ..... full job details .....
