Your responsibilities: Own and define the overall Pega solution architecture for the Collections program, covering early, mid, late, and legal collections journeys. Lead the design of Pega application structure, including framework and implementation layering, class hierarchy, and reuse strategy. Architect and govern the use of Pega Collections and Customer Service case types, ensuring correct extension of out-of-the-box capabilities. Define the approach for integrating Pega Customer Decision Hub to enable Next-Best-Action and Next-Best-Payment strategies. Ensure collections decisioning, workflows, and customer treatments meet regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements across geographies.
