Role: PEGA LEAD BUSINESS ARCHITECT (LBA) Location: London Contract Inside IR35 Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) responsible for the end - to - end architectural integrity of a Pega CRM platform in a public sector context. The role ensures that the solution is secure, scalable, compliant, and fit for purpose, while aligning closely with citizen outcomes, policy constraints, and enterprise architecture standards. Working in Tandem with the Pega LBA, enterprise architects, and delivery leadership, the LSA provides design governance, technical assurance, and strategic direction across the Programme-particularly critical in public - sector engagements where auditability, risk reduction, and operational resilience are paramount.
