We are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Manager to join our Belfast team and play a key role in attracting, assessing and engaging the lawyers who make our business successful.What you will doThis is a relationship-led recruitment role where conversations matter. You will spend much of your time speaking with experienced lawyers, from associates through to partners, helping them explore whether consulting is the right fit for their skills, career goals and lifestyle. Many of these conversations are exploratory in nature, requiring you to understand individual motivations, share insights into the Peerpoint model and help candidates make informed career decisions.
