Working with pupils aged 11-18 , you will support the PE department by encouraging participation in sports and physical activity while helping students develop confidence, teamwork and resilience. Many pupils have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and benefit from structured physical activities that improve wellbeing and engagement with education. Responsibilities Support PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Encourage positive participation in a variety of sports and fitness activities. Deliver small group interventions. Support pupils with SEMH needs during practical activities. Promote teamwork, resilience and healthy lifestyles. Help manage behaviour positively throughout lessons.
