PE Teacher - SalfordStart Date: After October Half TermDuration: October Half Term - Easter 2027Contract: Full-time, long-term agency positionSalary: 175- 240 per day, dependent on experienceTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Salford who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher to join their team after the October half term.This is an excellent opportunity for either a male or female PE Teacher looking for a full-time, long-term position running through to Easter 2027.The RoleThe successful candidate will join a supportive PE department and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the secondary age range.You will be responsible for:Planning and delivering high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.Encouraging students of all abilities to participate and develop a positive attitude towards physical activity.Teaching both practical and theoretical aspects of the PE curriculum.Maintaining high standards of behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.Monitoring and assessing student progress.Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular sport where appropriate.Working collaboratively with colleagues within the PE department.The school is looking for a teacher who can build strong relationships with students, maintain high expectations and bring enthusiasm and energy to every lesson.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a PE Teacher who:Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching ..... full job details .....
