You will need to have experience of delivering Cambridge National Sports Studies of GCSE PE.You will be responsible for delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, promoting physical wellbeing, teamwork, discipline and confidence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured and engaging PE lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupilsPlan and adapt lessons in line with the national curriculumPromote positive behaviour and participationDifferentiate activities to meet varying abilitiesMaintain a safe and inclusive learning environmentSupport extracurricular sports activities where possibleMonitor pupil progress and engagementWork collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staffUphold safeguarding and health and safety standardsThe Ideal CandidateExperience working with young people (school, coaching, sports or youth work)QTS not essential - unqualified teachers welcomeStrong behaviour management and communication skillsPassionate about physical education and student wellbeingConfident delivering lessons independentlyReliable, organised ..... full job details .....
