About the Role:
A vibrant secondary school in Aylesbury is seeking a dynamic PE Teacher to join the department from January 2026. The role involves delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, promoting healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and resilience in students. The department benefits from excellent facilities, including a sports hall, fitness suite, and playing fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach PE across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity for KS5 for the right candidate
• Deliver a broad and inclusive PE curriculum covering a range of sports and activities
• Prepare pupils for GCSE PE assessments
• Promote extracurricular activities, sports clubs, and inter-school competitions
• Inspire pupils to develop confidence, fitness, and teamwork skills

Requirements:

• QTS with experience teaching PE in secondary schools
• Strong knowledge of PE curriculum and assessment requirements
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to extracurricular sport
• Ability to motivate and inspire pupils of all abilities
