Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the abilities of all students. Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students through a variety of sports and activities. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and encouragement to enhance their skills. Organize, coordinate, and supervise school sports events and competitions. Maintain a safe and organized physical environment conducive to learning and active participation. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education with other school programs. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Physical Education. Experience teaching PE in a school setting. Strong knowledge of various sports, fitness regimes, and wellness strategies. Excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills.
