Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a PE Teacher to join a secondary school in Tamworth for a two-week temporary placement.

The school is looking for a qualified PE Teacher who can commit to the full duration of the role, from 12th to 26th October 2026.

The Role

• Teaching PE across the secondary age range
• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons
• Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning
• Supporting students to make progress and participate positively
• Working effectively alongside the school''s existing staff

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS
• Has experience teaching PE within a secondary school
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Can commit to the full two-week placement
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and able to build positive relationships with students
