Fluency in Welsh is essential, as teaching will take place through the medium of Welsh. You''ll deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons, encouraging pupils of all abilities to get involved, develop new skills and enjoy being active. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging PE lessons through the medium of Welsh, in line with the relevant curriculum. Encourage participation, teamwork, confidence and positive attitudes towards physical activity. Teach a range of sports and physical activities across the curriculum. Manage behaviour effectively in both classroom and practical settings. Adapt teaching and activities to meet the needs of all learners. Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing. Requirements Fluency in Welsh essential. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum.
