Salary: -32,000 - -52,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications (MPS/UPS)

Start Date: September 2026

Academics are acting as a recruitment agency on behalf of a specialist education setting in Milton Keynes that supports students aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified PE Teacher with the ability to teach Biology across Key Stages 3 and 4.

PE Teacher with Biology

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient teacher who can engage learners both in the classroom and through sport, helping them to develop confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards learning.

• A qualified teacher with experience teaching PE
• The ability to teach Biology at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• A strong classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour management skills
• Someone who can build positive and professional relationships with students
• A resilient and adaptable individual who thrives in a specialist setting
• A team player committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners

Previous experience working within SEMH, SEND, or alternative provision settings is desirable but not essential.
