The Role and Responsibilities As a Cover Supervisor focusing on Physical Education, you won''t just be blowing a whistle. You will be the steady hand ensuring students remain engaged, safe, and productive. Lead PE Lessons: Deliver pre-set sports sessions and practical drills across KS3 and KS4. Classroom Management: Oversee theory-based lessons or general cover across other subjects when required. Student Engagement: Maintain a positive learning environment and manage behavior in line with school policies.
