Are you an experienced PDR Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a professional, well-equipped bodyshop?

We''re recruiting on behalf of a large, modern prep centre, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You''ll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 6 years old, meaning you''ll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars.

This is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression.

As a PDR Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you''ll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

• Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR)

• Repair minor dents, door dings and creases

• Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible

• Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate

• Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements

• Work closely with the wider bodyshop team

• Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail

We''re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.

You''ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a PDR Technician, Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality

• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach

• Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
