The company is committed to continuous improvement, quality excellence, and employee development.Your New RoleAs Pre-Dispatch Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that machines and sub-assemblies meet the highest quality standards before dispatch to customers. Working closely with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Sales teams, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, documenting, and reporting on finished products while supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives.Key duties will include:Conducting final machine run and functional testing to verify performance and compliance.Carrying out pre-dispatch inspections on completed machines and assemblies.Inspecting fitted components, fabricated parts, and sub-contractor supplied assemblies.Compiling and maintaining accurate inspection reports, checklists, and quality documentation.Participating in quality meetings and presenting inspection findings.Supporting internal audits and quality compliance activities.Investigating quality concerns and assisting with root cause analysis.Working with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures.Managing serial plate allocation ..... full job details .....
