The role involves supporting Children Looked After (CLA), including young people living in residential children''s homes, who may face barriers to learning. You will deliver tailored 1:1 tuition in functional skills, life skills and personalised learning goals, using flexible, collaborative and low-demand approaches to encourage engagement, confidence and independence.
