Join our team as a PCV and HGV Instructor! About the Role: PJE Transport Training is seeking a professional and dedicated PCV and HGV Instructor . You will train and prepare candidates to meet DVSA standards for operating both passenger-carrying vehicles (PCV) and large goods vehicles (HGV). In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction, assess driving skills, and support candidates to ensure their success in practical and off-road tests. Key Responsibilities: Training and Assessment: Deliver structured training sessions to prepare candidates for DVSA practical on-road and off-road tests for both PCV and HGV licenses. Assess driving and operational skills, providing clear and constructive feedback to improve candidate performance. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure all training vehicles (PCV and HGV) are clean, safe, and in optimal condition. Conduct pre-use inspections and promptly report any faults or issues to the site supervisor. Professionalism and Customer Service: Create a supportive, professional, and positive learning environment for all candidates.
