Full job description We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team at our head office in Stocklake, Aylesbury, Bucks. Job Description As one of our PCV Coach Drivers, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your driving duties, which will vary and will include: School Contracts Private Hires Day Trips Feeder Services Touring Holidays and Short Breaks in both the UK and Europe You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and proactively managing a variety of relationships with our passengers and your fellow drivers. As a member of the driving team, you will be reporting directly to our Senior Operations Manager and our General Manager. In addition, you will work closely with the rest of the Operations Team and our team of Drivers. Key Responsibilities Providing safe and reliable coach transport for our passengers Fulfilling the required duties assigned to each particular driving role Assisting passengers when needed while onboard our coaches Provide excellent customer service and ensuring you maintain our high level of customer satisfaction Answering passenger queries and keeping them informed at all times Must Haves A full PCV license and current CPC card Living within 20 miles of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire The skills required to fulfil all the driving duties outlined above Previous experience in a similar role A friendly, approachable manner Excellent communication skills and confidence working ..... full job details .....
