PCB Soldering Technician Location: Baldock Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, Full time (Mon-Thurs 7:30am-4:30pm and Fri 7:30am-12:30pm) Salary: £30K + (DOE) Are you an experienced PCB Soldering Technician with a great eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work? The role will focus primarily on hand soldering through-hole components, inspecting completed PCB assemblies and carrying out rework and repairs where required. Key responsibilities as a PCB Soldering Technician: Hand solder through-hole components to customer and IPC standards Prepare components for assembly, including lead forming, cropping and orientation checks Visually inspect completed PCB assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Identify soldering and component defects and carry out necessary rework Desolder, repair and replace conventional components where required Work accurately from BOMs, assembly drawings and work instructions Fit wires, cables and additional hardware where required Record inspection and rework results ..... full job details .....
