Manual Soldering, Reworking and Prototyping. Electronic Product Assembly. The ideal candidate will be bright, enthusiastic and bubbly, willing to learn new tasks and enjoy being part of a team.  Good communication skills are required, with the ability to take instruction, work without supervision and perform to tight deadlines. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Qualifications in Maths & English are essential alongside a sound knowledge of conventional & Surface Mount electronic component/packages, component polarity and a good interpretation of manufacturing documentation, (i.e., parts list, drawings, procedures). Knowledge of IPC-A-610 & Lead-Free processes and AOI operation and programming is desirable.
