I''m recruiting on behalf of an engineering business based just south of Cambridge, easy reach of the city by road or rail. They work across a genuinely broad range of PCB design, RF, digital, analogue, mixed-signal and power, and take mentoring seriously rather than just saying they do. You''d be reporting into a senior CAD lead and working closely with a senior PCB design engineer and the wider engineering team. The role They''re after a proactive PCB Design Engineer, from junior to mid-level. Someone with a genuine enthusiasm for layout and a desire to build a career in high-quality board design rather than just clock in and out on routine work. You''ll contribute across the full design cycle: component library creation and maintenance, layout, documentation and release, working with design engineers to turn schematics into well-structured boards and building confidence on increasingly complex work as you go.
