Box-build or final assembly work, incorporating boards, cables, cases, and displays, is also expected. IPC certification is preferred, and electromechanical assembly experience is advantageous. The working pattern is full-time, focusing on inspection and assembly tasks.

PCB assembly and soldering of SMD Component Technician required to join a precision electronics engineering team in Gloucestershire.
My client is looking for an experienced Assembly operative for printed circuit board assembly and inspection.
Ideally experience in following areas
Manually populate and solder printed circuit boards.
Surface mount
Through hole components.
Solder fine pitch SMD components under microscope.
Preferably IPC certified.
Wiring cable looms and harnesses.
Cable assembly with crimp connectors and soldered connectors.
Box-build or final assembly consisting of printed circuit boards, cables, cases, displays and connectors.
Electromechanical assembly a plus.
