      <description>Location: Tipton | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71/hour | Type: Temporary | Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated PCB Assemblers to join one of our manufacturing client based in Tipton.  In this role, you will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all electronic components are correctly placed and soldered according to specifications.  The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, proficiency with hand tools and power tools, and experience working with surface mount technology (SMT).   Duties     Assemble PCB components using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology techniques to ensure accurate placement and soldering.   Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions to complete tasks accurately.   Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for testing or troubleshooting assembled PCBs when required.   Conduct visual inspections and electrical testing to verify the integrity of assembled boards.   Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
