PBS Practitioner Opportunity £42,000 per annumNr TamworthDriving essentialBrand-new Intensive Complex Care Service Nr Tamworth and we re looking for an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner to help shape and lead this service from the very beginning.This is a truly unique opportunity to make a lasting impact, supporting individuals transitioning from long-term inpatient settings into their own homes.You won t just be joining a team you ll be building a culture, leading best practice, and directly influencing outcomes for individuals with complex needs.What you ll be doing:Leading development and implementation of PBS strategiesConducting behavioural and referral assessmentsCreating and reviewing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)Supporting complex transitions into community livingWorking alongside MDT professionals (psychologists, psychiatrists, ICBs, social workers)Driving restraint reduction and promoting positive practiceDelivering training and CPD to staff teamsAnalysing behavioural data to improve outcomesWhat we re looking for:Strong experience within PBS frameworks / ABAProven success in reducing restrictive practicesExperience delivering PBS trainingKnowledge of MCA, DOLS, safeguarding, and risk managementFull UK driving licence + willingness to travelRelevant qualification (or working towards), such as:BSc / MSc / MA in ABA, Autism, Intellectual Disabilities, or PBS DiplomaBenefitsCPD-accredited training and career progression28 days annual ..... full job details .....
